  1. I would like to add some point ,
    Vitiligo is not just a cosmetic problem. It is a major social dysfunction that seriously effect their ability to lead a normal work, social or married life. Generally, it has four options to cure this problem. Four options are currently available for the treatment of vitiligo:

    1. Using Sunscreens
    2. Using cover-up;
    3. restoration of normal skin color;
    4. Bleaching of normal skin with topical creams to make an even color.

  2. This is the most outrageous and inaccurate list I have ever seen. These are all myths and are not supported by any medical practice (In a country that ISN'T primitive). It's retarded to even suggest that people with vitiligo don't do some of these things, e.g. bathing. I'm not surprised that vitiligo is seen as a "social dsyfunction" in a country where women, homosexuals and many other groups are targeted unfairly, but at least have the dignity not to post "myths" as facts. I wear jeans every day and have eaten milks and eggs, and my vitiligo has never gotten worse. In fact it has improved due to specialist treatment available in hospitals simlar to that of a sunbed. The only correct statement is the commenter above me listing sunscreen, but this only falls true in terms of protecting the skin from harsh sun rays due to extra sensitivity. Educate yourself, and if you have any deceny remove this ignorant post.
